Houston wants cops to stay beardless

Houston is willing to spend $150,000 to defend itself against a lawsuit over its ban on police officers having beards. They want clean-cut cops, but some say the police discriminates against men with skin conditions.

"...we're basically saying we want new police officers, but we don't want police officers with beards."
