New study: More minority drivers stopped in Missouri

Here's the top of the story about an annual state report released Friday by the AG's office. But read closely -- as with any statistics story, there are lots of details to chew on.

Black drivers are more likely to be stopped in Missouri than white and Hispanic motorists, but minorities are twice as likely to be searched and arrested than whites.
