Kevin Hoffmann has a report from the Eddie George trial. George is accused of murdering his best friend's mother, Pamela Marquez -- a fact that defense attorneys didn't dispute. It looks like they're going to argue whether George deliberated before the slaying, which might help him dodge a first-degree murder conviction.


"George agreed to the crime, Dollar said, and was at the Marquez home on two previous occasions when the two teens planned to carry out the killings but were interrupted."
How is that NOT indicative of premeditation?
