The Hannibal Courier-Post has a story about James Scott, who was convicted of breaking a West Quincy, Ill., levee during the flood of 1993. ABC's Primetime Live is taking another look at the case during its broadcast on Tuesday night. Scott is trying to convince people that he was innocent, but the prosecutor says the evidence against him was overwhelming.
