Dion Wiley, 20, of Kansas City died after he was shot in the head early Sunday after a party in the 5600 block of East 87th. Five other people were injured, too. Jackson County prosecutors have filed charges against Kevin D. Roberts, 17, accusing him of unlawful use of a weapon and armed criminal action. Here's the probable cause statement.
