Make a deputy fix you a sandwich

From JoCo Sheriff: Johnson County Sheriff’s Office will be firing up the grill for their annual “Feed the Need” cookout Friday, June 27, 2008 from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. in the courtyard between the Johnson County Courthouse and Administration building located at 125 N. Cherry in Olathe.  Deputies will be selling hamburger and hot dog plates for $5.00 each.  The plate will consist of the choice of hamburger or hot dog, chips and a drink (pop or water).  The sheriff’s office will also be accepting donations of canned goods.

All proceeds from the cookout will be donated to the Feed the Need effort to continue to stock local food pantries.
