That case is as insane as many others that make it to the appellate. No one has the right to film their lover nude just because they have seen them nude. What kind of nonsense does the courts allow.

OK baby, thanks for the hot sex, you can view replays later on You Tube.

What? What do you mean you don't want a video out of you naked? You got naked in front me to have sex, so that means I can video you naked and do what I want with it! Grow up girl this is 2008!!!!!!!!!

I dont know film it but dont show it unless she claims rape later...

Big Dog - if you are having a problem with women claiming you raped them, perhaps you need to be living your life differently.

Of course, it came from Wisconsin.

I would be so pissed if I found out someone had photographed or filmed me nude or having sex, without my consent. You cannot imagine how angry I would be. If a guy asked me, I would probably say yes, and that is quite another story. But to do it without my knowledge, that guy had better go find a steel codpiece and wear it 24/7 and be very careful when and where he goes to sleep. That's almost like being raped, that kind of intimate betrayal. That's on the level of a peeping tom, and peeping toms get shot in my yard. Geez guys, just ask her. It might even be a lot more fun if she gets into it in front of the camera.
