Wow!!
These checkpoints are getting to be more numerous by the week!
What gives? They NEVER catch more than a handful!
Must be the other "law breakers" they have been catching are REALLY PROFITABLE! Could also be to "condition" us to get used to these infrigements on our constitution. With the impending collapse of our economy the next step is to create draconian laws to ensure everybody becomes "wanted" for something and all they have to do is wait for us to stand in line, show our papers, and OFF WE GO FOR PROCESSING.
God Bless America?

define South Kansas City! That could be 150 Hwy east of 71, Blue Ridge Blvd between Raytown and Grandview, Martin City or anywhere south of the plaza to the Grandview city limits.

Couldn't the feds just give the KCMOPD some money to distribute for overtime for something actually needed?
Checkpoints BY DEFINITION are not necessary to stop drivers who are actually impaired. They have NOTHING to do with public safety.
Only abusing the Fourth Amendment.
