In Nevada, a 1-year-old has tested positive for PCP. Here's why:
Police say Keshia Lyles smoked cigarettes laced with PCP, and then let her son eat the cigarette butts. Police say the little boy was getting the butts out of the car ashtray, but that the mother knew he was putting them in his mouth.
