Police Scanner: Best of June, Day 2

As promised, here's the rest:

June 20: A flasher at 12th and Grand, behind the bus stop. "Black male, pink shirt. He's got his pants pulled down and asking people that walk by if they want a peek at him."

"Juveniles...they're trying to abuse the ducks there at the lake."

"The male and the female are fighting over a child, pulling the child back and forth, and the male pulled out some of the female's hair."

A suspicious party: "White male...he's putting cigarettes out on his head, and layin' on the bench. He's acting strange."

"It's involving a white male. He's skinny. He's wearing a white skirt."

June 21: "Calling party has been hearing voices all night long, telling her the house is going to blow up...also thinks the house is bugged."
