Police Scanner: July Highlights

It's the end of the month, and thus time for a few bizarre calls from the police scanner. These bits are all from the evening shift:

July 3: "Suspicious party armed with a spear, 2300 Vine...black male, light skin, wearing a cape and walking the halls."

July 12: "Black male, black pants...he has a blue pacifier in his mouth, he's standing in traffic."

July 16: "...there's a white male carrying a bag, urinating and defecating on the walls."

July 19: "It's in regards to a white male who's naked and keeps walking in and out of the building."

"...no shirt and blue pants wrapped around his neck, refusing to leave. He's yelling at the caller."

July 22: "The patient fell out of his wheelchair, he's in the street. Don't run over him."

July 24: "...in regards to several white people who are surrounding three baby deers and a deer with antlers with rope."
