Punk, age 11, is feeling lucky

Lovely story here about a Kentucky boy who uses a toy radar gun, Hot Wheels brand, to trick motorists to slow down when passing through his hood.

Those Hot Wheels radar guns are fairly accurate, right out of the box.

Most telling is that some drivers have locked up their brakes to slow their vehicles down.

Where are the police, who should be doing this job? Obviously, there is a problem in this neighborhood with cars speeding through it. Someone probably got too close to this kid, his siblings, or his friends. If I were his parent, I'd be standing there beside him, well back from the street.
