The worst jail in America?

Federal authorities have released a report on the Cook County Jail in Chicago that makes the place sound like a third-world country. Prisoners are "systematically beaten," and the health care is so bad that people die as a result, the Chicago Tribune reports. The DOJ wants changes, or it'll step in.

Cook county is the most corrupt jurisdiction in America! Has been since Capone. Even New Orleans isn't as bad !Dart, take your blue ribbon panel and shove it up your...And resign. We in southern Illinois can always trust the voters in Cook County to be idiots. That's why we always get stuck with corrupt governors, attorneys general, etc. Maybe Chicago should move to Mexico where they really APPRECIATE corruption.
