KCPD has named the victim of a fatal shooting Thursday morning near 72nd and College: Stevie Green, 32. Snip:
Green was parked in a driveway in the 7200 block of College Avenue about 6:40 a.m. Thursday with a woman in the passenger seat.
Two men approached and shot Green. The woman escaped, and the killers pushed Green to the passenger side and drove away.

It seems the Kansas City metro area is single-handedly trying to fight world population growth while consuming the planet's lead and gunpowder supply. Between this and the copper thefts at Lake City, there could be a bullet shortage in Iraq and Afghanistan.

Hey barb, maybe the shooter had a REASON for shooting Mr. Green and the woman was innocent; therefore the shooters were upholding the honour of a no women and no children. So next time maybe you shouldn't be so quick to blame the female because it might be you...

Not very funny.. you sound suspiciously like a street person that we already have on this blog.. Either way it would take a person from the streets to think that a person that shoots someone in cold blood could be described as honorable because they maybe dont shoot women and kids...

So sad our family has yet to get over this tragedy. But we know he continues to watch over his family and friends.
