Move some of them damm bone headed traffic cops to do real police work and this kind of stuff can be curved!!!

Lynn Horsley of the KC Star reports:

Police identify woman killed in Westport shooting

The woman found fatally shot early today in a car in Westport has been identified as Devin Cassidy of Leawood.

Cassidy was found sitting in the driver’s seat of a car near 42nd and Broadway at about 2:30 a.m. She had been shot at least once.

How many murders does this make?

Young thugs once again...This is an outrage. If this doesn't put a knot in your stomach you're not human. These two need to be made an example of. Random violence like this is akin to terrorism...it makes people afraid to live their lives. Throw the book at these two and go after their friends and family too. Can we please get over the play-nice PC BS at police headquarters and do some proactive crime prevention.

The KCMOPD officers working the streets are understaffed because Chief Corwin has assigned most of the Officers to work DUI checkpoints and speed traps which extort money and pay those bums overtime! I have seen a lot of speedtraps recently on I-435, US-24 and SW Trafficway.. I see the "donut patrol" at QuikTrip at US24 and I-435 before they run their revenue traps.. Nice to see our taxpdollars at work!

Kate - You're an idiot. If the cops were present where she had been shot, those thugs wouldn't have committed their crime there - they would have gone elsewhere where there was not a police presence. Cops can't be everywhere all the time. But you probably already knew that because you're so smart.
