A 19-year-old partygoer accused in the theft of $140,000 from the Arkansas home of Tyson Foods Chairman John Tyson pleaded guilty Tuesday to a federal charge.
Authorities were still searching for one of the three people initially accused in the Dec. 27 theft, which occurred during a party at the Tyson home in Johnson thrown by the executive’s daughter.
Ryan Matthew Silvey, who was arrested Feb. 13 in Olathe, Kan., pleaded guilty Tuesday to transportation of stolen goods in U.S. District Court in Fayetteville.
