Question and answer

As part of a settlement, Virginia Tech officials sat down with survivors of the school's mass shooting last year and answered questions about how they handled the case. (A similar meeting is planned for families of people who were killed.) One of the big questions has been why the school didn't warn teachers and students sooner about the shooter.
