Since there was nothing better to do in Rolla, MO when I was in college, I attempted cow-tipping with some not-so-sober buddies.
We city boys wouldn't didn't have a clue that a distant 'snapping' noise was the repeater for an electric cattle fence.
That James, gets you the hair-fritzing that you are looking for.

I'm glad we made the freshman go first.

Now THIS was disappointing. I hoped for wild hair, spasms...darn! I think I'll go watch that video from India again.

It doesn't matter whether the kid's intentions were innocent or not, he still did something he shouldn't have. He went on someone else's property without permission and touched something that didn't belong to him. His parents shouldn't be mad at the neighbor they should be mad at themselves for not teaching him to have respect for other people and their property. Parents need to start teaching their kids to make smart decisions. Running to their defense when they screw up only teaches them it doesn't matter what they do because someone will always bail them out.

zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

I agree kids should be taught to respect others properties, but do we really need to electrify yard signs? Glad they're not my neighbors.

This kid won’t be in the gene pool long. The next thing his dad will encourage him to do will be to clean the toaster while in the bathtub. Nice work parents!

best thing i've seen today :)
...next time they should try one of those big nets that gets pulled up into a tree!

He is totally carrying an Obama sign, his parents sent him over there to swap out the signs.. nice parents.. not only are you probably some poor white trash, waiting for a hand out. ... but you are encouraging your kid to be a liar and a thief.
