Under the banner of "Nancy Grace's Cold Cases" by one of her producers. This isn't news. It's trolling for viewers.

Maybe van der Sloot caused Holloway's death. Maybe he just caused her body to disappear in fear of being blamed for her death. Maybe he didn't do anything, but can't keep his young stupid mouth shut and likes to refer to the case to make himself look big or attractive.

Take it to court and prove it. Until then, remember we all KNEW Steven Hatfill did it and we all KNEW Richard Jewell did it. At least we all KNEW before we all of a sudden didn't know anymore.

Take it to court and prove it.

Well, we know he's guilty of hiding a body rather than alerting authorities or finding a doctor. Personally, I think she just OD's (the rumors of her pristine character are greatly exaggerated) and he freaked out. The problem is that his father and he responded in a horribly wrong way.

Or, maybe the reason he didn't go to authorities was because he'd given her a date rape drug? In any case, he's by no means innocent or comparable to Richard Jewell.

Marvin, prove he hid the body. Apparently, the Aruba judicial system isn't prepared to even TRY to do that, notwithstanding Nancy Grace's willingness to conduct the trial for them.

So far, a lot of innuendo and speculation and gossip and pure-of-heart witnesses coming forth years later.

Maybe the payoffs stopped....

George Bush and the evil conservatives did it!!!!

Keith,

Have you seen the video tape where he confessed to what happened? I can't remember if he said he disposed of the body, but obviously he did something with it.

Greta Van Sustrain of Fox News will have an orgasm.

I tend to agree with Marvin...he may or may not have been "involved". It seems most likely that teenage stupidity went awry, compounded by more stupidity. SOMETHING happened, and however wrong or unfortunate, it may or may not have happened with malicious intent. Sometimes, accidents happen, and they're not always handled in the most responsible way.

I do find it ironic, however, that whenever there is a story of someone being released after a "wrongful conviction"...all seem to be up in arms..."How could this happen?", seeking retribution, and blaming others for a rush to judgment. Yet, in the court of public opinion, most are considered guilty before charges are even filed.
