Things I'm thankful for -- I heard about all these people on the police scanner instead of by crossing their paths out in the streets:
Nov. 2: "...at Chubby's, it's a black female about 5-foot, 200 (pounds). Wearing a red hoodie and waving a stick."
Nov. 4: "It's a little old lady occupying a motorized wheelchair. She's driving in the street, possibly a traffic hazard."
"A Hispanic male in the park, walking butt-naked. He arrived in a silver or gold vehicle."
Nov. 25: "The guy was masturbating by the Payless shoe store...looking for a small sedan occupied by a white male driving around the parking lot circling females."
