Wisconsin man had 15 DUI convictions

But he was able to avoid prison until that last case. (He'd previously gotten shorter stays in jail.) The guy is now 45, clean for five years and has a license again. He says that going to prison and getting state-funded rehab made the difference. The Journal-Sentinel reports that MOST DUI offenders don't "get serious" until they're jailed and get treatment.
