Jimmy, that's an interesting category that you'[ve put this story in. Smells fishy.

So once again people, do not leave your house for dinner or drinks AT ALL this holiday season. Because weather you are drunk or sober, driving under control or out of control, the police will be pulling you over and screwing with your life. Unfortunately, we need to allow multiple food/drink establishments go out of business in hopes that someone would get laws changed to relax the gestopo tactics allowed by the law.
It's all about money. Someone has to start losing money for anything to change.

...OR you can just not be a dumb-ass and drive sober. Fascinatingly simple, huh?

Drew, your logic is spot on. There is a nationwide trend of flagrant disregard for laws. People obviously feel entitled to endanger others and do as they please as the NHTSA stats show. 31.7% of the 41,059 traffic fatalities last year(12,988) were alcohol related. Half of that total were people between ages of 6 and 28. 81% of the alcohol related accidents involved males as apposed to 18% for females. The number of Alcohol related fatalities go down each year from a record high of 22,00 in 1982. In 2007 almost 1 million people were injured in alcohol related accidents. These injuries cost 100 billion to treat the injuries. The one thing stats do not show is the damage these people do to families and individuals.

Nemisis, you are a wealth of knowledge.
Drew, thank you for the fantastic advice.
I also hate anyone who breaks the law. I hate anyone that drinks, lies, cheats, any kind of sin. I hate them all, just like you do.
We all need to be a little more like Drew and Nemisis. It would make the world a better place.
