Ford is the little girl who was kidnapped, raped and killed near Barry County back in November 2007, the News-Leader reports. Her stepfather and his buddy are accused of the crimes.

Probably because the 2 on trial right now have public defenders. Which means they are at least 3 years behind. If this becomes a capital murder case, then it will be pushed even further out as a defense lawyer for capital murder cases must be found.
There is a nationwide group that does this. John Robinson had them, but he was going to get death one way or another. He got Kansas' and almost got converted to life without parole when the law was initially declared unconstitutional.
Dealt Missouri to life without parole I think.

im starting to think that our law is high on its own farts, we the people should just get our hands on these two monsters and tear them to shreds..
America you have let me down to many times to be proud of you anymore. We the people need to take back this land from these over achieving arseholes who only care about politics, recogniton, and money..

i hope there legal team burns in hell.. and im atheist so that says alot. i hope there is a hell,, just for them and me.. all about the money,, the game,, the politics,, nevermind this poor baby girl endured nightmares not allowed of the sickest of hollywood films.. imagine the most terifying thing you ever witnessed and then imagine your 9 and its real life not a movie or a nightmare... these pieces of shit deserve the most evil sadistic treatment known to anyone. I'm absolutley disgusted with our country..
