This is hilarious. A bunch of folks dressed up like Santa and placed giant "gift boxes" and wraps over various traffic cameras, making it impossible for them to give tickets. And they thoughtfully filmed the process for future viewing on YouTube.

I have information for the police - these four individuals were last seen in the vicinity of the North Pole, in the company of a group of little people and some caribou. It is possible that the caribou may actually have been reindeer. Unfortuantely our eyewitness was spotted and had to leave quickly as the group was rapidly approaching with ribbons, bows, and tape

"It is possible that the caribou may actually have been reindeer."
They're the same thing.

I thought it was be really funny to screw with the red light cameras in my hometown. Me and some confederates dressed as normal people and drove through the intersection, stopping at the red lights, going at the green.
It was awesome. They couldn't give us any tickets because WE DIDN'T BREAK THE LAW. Its amazing. It requires no special tools. We really did them in.
