Listed below are links to weblogs that reference CT mom arrested after breastfeeding at the bar, police say:

See what happens when you have smoking bans in bars? Mothers are then able to bring their babies into bars, and then proceed to breastfeed them.

So the best thing we can do is repeal the smoking bans to keep the babies out. I'm thinking of the best interest of the babies here.

It does not state what the charges were, but public indecency comes to mind; child endangerment (wandering in the cold, and public intoxication. It seems they have a smorgasbord of charging options.

Obscenity is defined as the exposure of the areola. This is the law that the anti-porn crusaders (and the feminists in an unholy alliance against everything sex) pushed for in the 70s. You can’t have it both ways. If you expose your private parts in public, its public indecency.

Just make sure that the only place you expose yourself indecently in is a massage parlor.

Okay, I'll drop it now.

No excuse too silly for an arrest, right?

Who was she breastfeeding? Bartender, customer? The link doesn't work.

She wasn't breastfeeding at the bar. She brought her kid to the bar where she drank, wandered out into the cold with kiddo and wound up at a friend's house. She continued her "drunken spree" and breastfed the child there while drinking alcohol.

Dont you guys get it.. she was drunk and breastfeeding her child.. the child was receiving alcohol through the breast milk... This may end up being the youngest alcoholic on record...

I like to get it straight from the tap!
