Why shouldn't he have a girlfriend or another wife. Nothing has been shown that he harmed anyone.

Nobody's saying he can't have a girlfriend, just that the girl's an idiot. While nothing in a court of law has proved that he has harmed anyone, common sense and sets of coincidental circumstances indicate otherwise to this girl.
