Teens are so stupid. What they need to do is stay in school and get edumacated so that the next time they go to mug somebody they will know better than to call the victim to taunt. Technology is a beautiful thing, young people. Stay in school and learn a few things about it. Sheeesh!

This appears to be, in part, to the wannabe mentality of some of the young males in our society. They obviously don't mug anyone often (thank goodness) as they would know better than to call the victim after the crime. Will these arrests divert any of these young men to better their lives and behavior or will they continue the negative behavior knowing they should not call the next victim?
