Kopetsky, a missing Belton teen, turned 19 yesterday. An anonymous donor had put up $50K if she was returned home safely by that date, so one assumes that money goes away now. More information about Kara is available here.

These poor dumb girls who grow up in a sheltered world have no idea what dangers are so close by. They dont appreciate the security they have at home until they shed it....then its too late.

I have a feeling that she is okay and just doesn't want to be found.

Wow, Girl Power, that's a lot of assumptions you've made there. Glad nothing bad is ever going to happen to you or your loved ones.

I hope you are right, blarney.

Tam, I have no real reason for thinking this. Just a gut feeling.

Well Ein, my statement is true if she has run away and is safe somewhere....she may still be in danger. What I am saying is many girls run away and think everything is going to be ok....sometimes it isn't.
Look at the missing kids website sometime and look at the numbers of kids that runaway and end up deceased.
What does it say about you to be sarcastically wishing tragedy on my family?

They found Kara buried in a guys backyard. She was doing drugs and he was the drug dealer who sold her the drugs. Thats why she left school, to get drugs.
