The Washington Post explains it all

Snip:

The alleged pimp, Yul Na, 37, might have had access to as many as 400 women across the country, Loudoun Sheriff Stephen O. Simpson said yesterday. Na is said to have advertised the women online under the name CSH Entertainment. Simpson said CSH was an abbreviation for Captain Save-a-Ho, a phrase that contains a slang term for a prostitute.

Really, Washington Post? You don't think your readership knows what that means? Also, Captain Save-A-Ho is in violation of my copyright.

Hat Tip: Many thanks, You're A Mean Drunk R2D2!
