Accused priest could be your kid's principal

No criminal charges were ever filed against him, because his accuser's lawsuit failed to meet the statute of limitations. Lawyers are trying to get that overturned.

A man defrocked as a priest in 1993 -- and who later was sued for allegedly molesting a former student at a Catholic high school -- is now working at a public high school as an assistant principal.
