Apparently, it was all the alleged whoremongering that drove Sheriff Tom Dart to file the suit. (Though AP ain't seen it yet and knows not what it contains.) Dart calls Craigslist the biggest single prostitution source in America.

Ok, so why do we care? Or care enough to have a cop reading Craigslist for non-purient reasons?

Yeah I called a guy who advertised on Craig's List that he would "Mow Your Lawn".
Darned if he didn't show up and just do yard work too. That Sheriff must be wrong.
