Glenn Rice has the full story here. Two of the girls had to go to the hospital for drinking too much alcohol. The most illuminating part of the prosecutor's press release:
When officers arrived, they found six 13- or 14-year old girls. Statements from several of the girls indicate they had been drinking heavily. ... Officers found 60-70 empty beer bottles and several empty bottles of bourbon, vodka, and whiskey scattered throughout the basement of the residence.

Don't they know to wait until they're at least 16?

I don't even want to know how much I'd have to drink for my BAL to reach 218! So much for "Sally's parents will be home" making me feel safer about letting my kids go somewhere.
