Man found shot dead in KC apartment building's breezeway

From KCPD: On March 31, at about 1247 pm, a woman called 911 reporting her husband had been shot at 6407 Manchester. Upon arriving, officers were led to the body of a male in his late 20's on the 2nd floor breeze way of the apartment building. The male was pronounced dead at the scene by paramedics.
