Botched high-five leads to police report

In El Paso, a school principal has accused her superintendent of assault. The super was giving high-fives to school officials for good student test scores. The principal didn't raise her hand, so he tapped her on the head, which reportedly caused her to feel pain and fear. Probably should note the principal had recently been demoted ...
