Man faces 15 charges for allegedly shooting up apartment complex

Kenneth Thompson is accused of firing on two people who intervened in an argument that Thompson was party to. Not only that, the probable cause states, Thompson ran through a KC apartment complex in the 1300 block of East 89th, firing. Some bullets reportedly went into people's homes and one person got hit in the arm. This all reportedly happened in March.
