Woman loses 4 limbs to misdiagnoses, gets 2nd shot at civil suit

Not a crime, just an interesting (and tragic) case. The jury actually ruled against the woman during the first trial, but in a rare move, the judge set aside the verdict because it was "contrary to the law and the manifest weight of the evidence." (The jury didn't know what it was doing, apparently.)
