A while back, Kansas passed a law restricting highway signs for strip clubs, adult bookstores and other erotically-inclined businesses.
Now? A federal judge has blocked the law from taking effect. And the Kansas AG is seriously considering whether to push forward, considering that similar laws in Missouri, Georgia and South Carolina have been knocked down.
