Murder charges filed in Fairway shooting

From Joe Lambe: A man who overdosed in California when surrounded by police has been charged with first-degree murder in Johnson County for the death of his wife Monday, Johnson County District Attorney Steve Howe said this morning.

Franklin L. Grammer, 53, is being held on $1 million bond in the fatal shooting of his estranged wife in Fairway, Howe said.
