This is creepy, if true: A registered sex offender is accused of calling a 17-year-old girl and demanding either $70 or sex in exchange for her missing dog, Pineapple. That, or he would torture the toy poodle-cocker spaniel mix. (There is some question of how the dog "disappeared," too.)
