A Connecticut woman has confessed to first-degree arson. She reportedly set fire to an apartment where she thought her husband was sleeping to force him out. Snip:
The prosecutor says Quigley wanted her estranged husband to be left without a home and forced to live with her mother so she could "keep an eye on him."
