Drug deal gone bad.

Seconded Ralfred.
What kind of 'normal' conversation takes place at 4:30 am?

And how do you get shot in the chest when you're running away?

Sponge Bob normal or just normal?

Jellybean, the chest has at least two sides.
Shouldn't smoke cigarettes I guess.

The back of your chest is called your "back" usually. Saying someone was shot in the chest implies from the front, doesn't it?

When I say "wow! would you look at her chest!", I'm not talking about her upper backside... ;)

Aqua, somehow I doubt your statement is "wow, would you look at her chest". I won't write what I think you would say:) LOL

I guess it all comes down to what this guy's definition of a normal conversation is.
"Hi, how you doing this morning sir? Saw the weather today and it says we could get some rain later on." or....
"F**k you Mutha f**k*r! Give me my SH*t or I'll kill your mutha loving a55!"
