His lawyer must be literally tearing his hair out.

Clearly, he's not thinking clearly.

I'm rooting for jury nullification. Tiller got it for his trial and turnabout just seems to be fair play to me.

Is this guy bucking for a "Insanity" Defense?

Wow! Where are all the liberal-psycho jokes?
C'mon on now! I want to hear about how the little old church ladies from the Salvation ARMY are getting ready for a bloody rampage!

We know he's insane, ghost. He just can't stop proving it. What he isn't, is insane under the law. I thought prisoners' mail was censored & they couldn't mail or receive inflammatory material or anything that encouraged/endorsed crimes. I guess that isn't the case where he's being kept. I'm tired of hearing about this jerk, personally.

He has to be convicted first. You cant treat him as if he has already been convicted.
Checking his mail is exactly what they are doing, or else we wouldn't know about this. I am sure silencing him will be part of his conviction.

IF this man is found guilty...which I think he will be...he should be silenced permanently. He had no right to kill that man, no matter what kind of scum he was.
