Wal-Mart guards won't be charged in alleged shoplifter's death

Happened back in February at the Wal-Mart near Missouri 152 and Interstate 35. The guards had struggled with Russell S. Palmer before he suddenly went limp. Palmer was taking medication for a heart condition and had smoked crack earlier that day. Glenn has more details here.

The same thing should happen in the Michelle Jackson case. If you kill yourself, nobody else should be charged.

Heart condition & smoked crack...dude had a death wish.
