They've charged Nicholas Davis of Liberty for threatening to open fire on the Northland store. And it turns out that early reports were wrong -- Davis isn't terminally ill, Glenn Rice reports.

Have they determined if he was watching the Royals the night before he made the call? I've heard that can, at times, incite feelings of rage and illness (possibly terminal illness, I suppose). He should be feeling better after last night
