From KCPD: At approximately 2:15 p.m. today (Saturday), officers were called to the 3800 block of Indiana on a shots fired call. Upon arrival officers located two victims. The victims pointed to the house where the suspect fled. Officers surrounded the house and the occupants refused to exit. Over an hour later, a male and two females surrendered to officers.
