In Carroll, Iowa, two men -- Matthew Allan McNelly and Joey Lee Miller -- are accused of burglarizing an apartment. Instead of wearing masks, police say, the men apparently drew on their faces with permanent marker. Police say they had no trouble identifying the suspects when they stopped the men's car.
Wednesdays stupid criminal award? Maybe not. It's still early.

I could only draw on someones face like that when they were passed out.
Once my ex-girlfriend woke up with the word "bitch" written backwards on her forehead in sharpie, so she could easily read it in the mirror.
That was my last act of defiance as I moved out.
