Meet Richard Miles, who was sentenced to 40 years for a 1994 murder and shooting. He's about to be released, though, after his advocates learned that police failed to turn over evidence that could have helped clear him. He'll be the sixth man in two years to be freed in Dallas County because of authorities withholding evidence. This is on top of the many, many men who've been exonerated thanks to new DNA tests in Dallas County.
