K2 Productions, which directs the Miss California USA pageant, is requesting the $5,200 it gave Prejean for her breast augmentation surgery. They're also seeking to throw out a portion of Prejean's lawsuit, specifically the portion dealing with public disclosure of private facts.
"The alleged 'private facts' consist of her breast augmentation (which ceased being private during the swimsuit competition of the nationally-televised Miss USA pageant, in which Ms. Prejean walked the stage in a bikini)," the lawsuit states.

So let me get this straight, Miss California USA Pageant was so biased against Ms. Prejean they gave her $5,200 for surgery to make her more competitive.
Got it.

Aqua... I am sorry you had to hear this way.

Show 'em if you got 'em. Real or not. But they're no longer "private".

I once said of Ms. Prejean, "She doesn't have two brain cells to rub together." I take it all back. I was wrong. There are no brain cells at all, nothing to rub against anything. Like an old yellow dog I once had who repeatedly attacked every porcupine he ever met, solid bone between the ears. Yup.

So now are beauty pageants repossessing anti-gay breasts?
How hard-hearted.

This makes "K2 Productions, which directs the Miss California USA pageant" look like its leaders are short on brain cells.
A rather weak counter claim, IMO. Add to it the selective observance of gospel.

kybo61; can you believe that - she dared to have a different opinion than some other people - she needs to get in lock step with the party - no differing opinions are tolerated or allowed! One party one thought one voice. Those WW2 camps need to be rebuilt where they locked up Americans of Japan abncestory & this time anyone who thinks different needs to be locked up. Hail to the party!

I wish the gay community would get off her back (or front). She gave an honest answer to a question (that really didn't belong in that forum), now they're dedicated to destroying her life.
That being said, she has a pretty fake looking boob job.

I think she is great!

The gay community would hate her either way. The complete inability to get any woman, let alone an untouchable like her, is what drove half of them to go to the dark side anyway.

Obviously Searching knows nothing about the development of sexual identity and/or sexual orientation. This woman is milking a 20 second controversy and making it out that she is some kind of victim.
Again, as I pointed out in another thread. When one is part of a group that represents 76.5% of the nation's population, when one is able to enact laws discriminating against others while enjoying constitutional protections for that group, then
One
Is
Not
Part
Of
A
Persecuted
Minority.

I was looking back through the thread.. and the last one you stated that.. and I dont see, where anyone said anything, about being part of a persecuted minority..no, just you.
But let's elaborate on that... so, unless you are part of some small perverted group.. you cant be descriminated against... what a way to think.
So, which minority group are you part of?

I'm addressing your statement "The gay community would hate her either way.", Searching, and the habit of so many Christians of crying 'victim' when they are called on their BS statements and attempts to impose discriminatory standards on others.
Prejean is a sore loser, who seized on a pretext to claim that she is being discriminated against, even though the pageant went out of its way to 'enhance' her physically, and thus enhance her chances of winning the competition. She has gone on to use this lie about being persecuted to trumpet her prejudice to all and sundry.
Can we just get this trollop a Playboy photo shoot and role on a VH1 D-list celebrity program already and be done with it and her?
