It'll happen sometime between Friday and Sunday -- smart money says it'll be Halloween, though the police are shrewd. Probably best to not drink and drive at all.

Cops arrest more people with roving patrols, which pull people over for cause, but those aren't as intimidating to the citizenry. Plus cops don't get paid overtime, the way they do with roadblocks.
Hurray for more warrantless, suspicionless search & seizure!
