If ever there was a time for creative punishment. Put this guy to work for the charity.

That's all he gets is 4 months? Good thing he didn't get accused of being late on a child extortion payment, they can leave you in jail indefinitely for that even when you have paid and the State screws up.

I think he should get community service.. in the military. Perhaps he can learn some respect there.

No more mr nice guy. The way to get out of that is to be responsible enough to keep track of all your payments. That way if the state screws up you can prove them wrong.

And since when is helping to support your child, extortion?

One suspects NoMoreMrNiceGuy never heard of/doesn't like to use a condom. And just like he doesn't take responsibility for preventing children he obviously doesn't want - he doesn't want to take responsibility for supporting those children now.

One suspects he never was a 'nice guy' but rather a self-absorbed jerk who thinks/thought women should be grateful that he has sex with them.

Community service is good, but for starts...bring back the stocks. You know...the apparatus that holds the head and hands so they stand for public reticule. Give him a week of that...8 hours a day THEN give him community service. Let's not only make it incontinent, but also embarrassing.
